@Shel Masters Regarding the occupants in the home, I've heard in the past that most times you'll have to go through the eviction process yourself or work out a deal/pay the occupants to leave when you win these properties at the tax auction.

I want to make sure ours is 100% comprehensive so we can win the business.

It appears to be a win-win situation for all parties.In hindsight I wish I had tried it, but at the time (for whatever crazy reason) I thought my house was a little to far away from majority of the hospitals (~20 minutes).
