Not every loan goes perfectly so it our jobs as consultants to effectively update parties involved.

I know all 5 unit have newer hotwater tanks and boilers, all were replaced in the past 5 years.

You study and learn and ask questions and learn more, and then you spend forever looking for the Perfect Deal, but nothing quite fits all the "rules" , or you spend too much time trying to make it "fit", and then the deal is Gone...Perhaps more succinctly, Overthinking.

:wink: I want to get all the information and perfect my strategy as well as I can in the next two and a half months so that when I do turn 18 I can hit the ground running.

It might be perfect if you want to have a conversation with your parents as they could read the book before having the discussion.
