There are two different styles of 240v plugs (three prong and four prong).

I think a cultivated partnership will bare much more fruit in the long run then the quick hunt for a "mentor" but everyone's learning style and goals are different.  

Through that experience, I offer a detail-oriented ability to analyze deals and am able to learn peoples' needs and handle objections.  

Try to get the average place for that neighberhood and a basic style unless you are looking for something your customer wants.  

Because the training you can offer 1099's is limited (I'd structure any training as an "Orientation" to err on the side of caution with this requirement), I'd need to be cautious, but based upon the idea that they could operate from their chosen location and would be required to provide their own laptop, etc, I'm cautiously optimistic that I could meet the 1099 standards.

A personal home is a life style choice not a investment, it is a liability you do not need at this point in your life as a real estate investor.

To actually visualize our future together, holistically, what most people call : LIFE STYLE. that will include you, your spouce, your minds, your bodies, your location, your time, the stuff you have, the people around you,the rest of the worldwhat are ALL the relationship between these elements?? 

Do I do a letter style resume?

Do you guys pay flat fee for lawyer services, can somebody share some ballpark, so when I contact a lawyer at least I have some amount to orient to.Any other advise appreciated!

I would suggest in addition to some of the other advice here, watching some of the call scripts on you tube - not only do they have some great verbiage - but you can also see the tone and style that they use when calling people - you can even watch wholesalers do live calls and see how they handle rejections and how they lead up to the negotiations.
