These units look like not much storage and class C tends to accumulate a lot of "Stuff".Here is a mockup of some of my thoughts starting with the zillow drive by.Also maybe add a covered, lit, mail station with USPS apartment style mail boxes.Get all of the remnants of the graffiti/gang tagging off the brick wall (you probably can't read it but your potential renters might be able to, and it might mean something very unpleasant).Good Luck!

Hello BPers,I was hoping someone might have a recommendation for my financing problem.I am a military investor who buys a house at each post I am stationed at.

Background: I'm 20 years old, active duty Navy stationed in San Diego for the next 5 years.So, my wife is going to be moving out here from New York where we are from in June.

My guess is being that, and i'm guessing, college station, a college town, that an investor is going to be buying it.

It is literally 200 feet from the town police station but very close to the welfare office as well.
