How would you like it if we had spell check cause in my personal opinion I would love it.

Personally I would not get involved in such a deal without a NNN lease because it ensures the tenants will not only take care of the building and produce much less wear and tear, but they will be responsible for much of the day to day - the whole reason for getting into an office deal in my opinion.

I don't know his plans for the 89k he'll be getting, but a good bet would be to hold onto it in my opinion.

I don't think it will be an upset, because in my opinion, they are pretty evenly matched.

Plus, I like the different opinions that provide different things to think about.

Bottom line is to do your homework first in my opinion.
