The Prescott quad city area is bigger than Sedona, with more to offer in the way of jobs and education:  Prescott is more expensive, 500 ft higher so has more snow and trees, but still very dry with the current drought. 

What other Midwest city has as much investment planned as Detroit, yet offers such affordable real estate investments?

You just need to make sure that the list price of your property is well below 70% of ARV to ensure wholesalers or fellow investor end buyers will be putting forth an offer.
