I like FloridaMoves mostly because it allows for custom search by zip codes, so if there is a specific neighborhood I am interested in, I can use zip codes and ask for alerts when a property within my strike price range etc...are available.I request a daily email compiling all for that day, and look through it once a day.What I am curious is for those who do not have direct access to it, what site do you use to be kept on the changes to MLS?

I have tried Zillow, redfin, hotpad, homes.com, relator.com, trulia.com, looked in the tax records, sitexdata.com, and a few other pay sites.There are very little comps I can find, I mean like scraping the bottom of the barrel may be able to find 1-2 recent sales in the entire city area, not even in the same neighborhood, conditions or anything.

This is a very middle class neighborhood, some houses are well kept up and some haven't been remodeled since construction 20-25 years ago.

Now having said this, lease option structured like this works only for desirable neighborhoods where houses are selling or appreciating proportional to inflation.
