This morning, I eagerly awaited my team's call so I could finalize my deal on the property I have in contract. 

I have an appt with an attorney in the morning.

I'll be flying out Sunday mid-afternoon and have all Sunday morning and some of early Sunday afternoon to meet up and discuss opportunities further. 

To be honest I tend to be kind of an anxious guy and was hoping I could get some insight into where I need to be looking for mentors, agents, investors, etc.
