It is minimalist and cool modern looking.

I need ample space and a rear storage area.

My reasoning: Larger Body Types = More wear and tear on the property.It looks like this has already been discussed, without resolution,  on bigger pockets: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/187...The overriding theme seems to be to not discriminate based on size.  

- that it makes me shake my head.Other thing about DSL: it may be an individual line from the switching station to your house, versus the water pipeline analogy, but the switching station is like a pig's trough - there's only so much room for all the pigs to crowd around, and once it's full you have to fight for space.

So I don't feel like the upgrades would be super expensive being middle of the road but modern. 

My first thought is that if I can generate a design for 6 houses and shared community green space(rather than individual yards).

Anything with wheels depreciates, however, if mobil homes are bought right and has space of land, it can be very profitable.
