I agree with @Alexander Felice , the largest players in the rental space have acquired around 50k homes across maybe 10-15 states.

Orlando has the brightest future for relocation in business since it has theme parks, 2nd largest college population in the state, and a lot of tech as a result of Lockheed Martin and NASA.
