BTW I can recommend you some guy I have studied RE investing from him.

study and get your real estate license. this will give you a foundation.if you can sell cars you can kill it in the RE sales industry..

I was worried that this is incriminating language because it explicitly states  that you are marketing a properrty that you do not own. 

I don't have a lot of cash on hand so ill be studying low or no money down approach and do my best to implement it.
