Honestly that's one reason I'm looking to start doing this.

I can honestly say that I have learned from every single podcast, as I want to fill in the gaps of general knowledge of real estate investing, I'm sure I'll go back and listen to a few of the others as well.

., is now  NOT in the POSITION  to QUALIFY for a new MORTGAGE on a new house he can move into.I would appreciate some honest feed back on this issue.I have spoken to 2 competent individuals on this forum who teach and do lease option deals .One says you CANNOT DO IT ,then the 2nd individual  says IT DEPENDS  on your mortgage broker,your seller CAN DO IT  and many times you can help your seller get a mortgage on a new house after he leases out his old house.

Honestly this is not a fix or flip deal!

I asked for realistic evaluations of my thought process previously, was told to read Scott's book, and here I am once again seeking honest opinions on what I'm thinking after having read the book.

Honestly we are still adapting and changing to the markets.

I am looking to find the right people to do honest profitable business.
