If you can't get to a point where people will RECALL your name - unassisted (no ad or suggestion) - your leads will only be driven by paid advertising (vs. word-of-mouth, referrals, etc.), and in that scenario, the name is probably not that important - use something you like that makes you feel that you are building something special.

Simply by increasing my minimum stay to 30 days I started getting those tenants on Airbnb, and was hoping some word of mouth would grow from there (I really like the social media aspect of Airbnb for marketing).
