You can also search the forums for any topic you want, and just by following the discussions I've learned a ton.

Search the mls for properties sitting longer than the Ave days on market (find this in local mls data), then make offers based on where you believe the value to be.

Have you done a member search on the site for hard money lenders @Harley Fowler?

Search the site, there's plenty of forum posts on that exact topic.

If there's literally no sales, expand your search area or time.

You can start by going to www.narpm.org and search their directory of managers.

At least not what I could find on Google.

I'm considering using fund and grow or searching for private lenders.
