My attorney recommended that I setup the following entity structure:1) Holding Company LLC 2) Management Company LLC3) Additional LLCs to hold the actual properties purchasedThe way my attorney explained the above setup was that the Holding Company LLC in (1) would do nothing more than own the individual property LLCs in (3).

(Yes, is annoying and stupid and your situation is exactly the grade A example why) I would verbally communicate with the tenant and explain (in a 'nonthreatening') manner - don't use the terms like fine, fee, or "eviction" - that based on your understanding that they have not been impacted personally by COVID-19 insofar as income or ability to work that they should be able to, and you do expect them to continue to pay rent, and while you will comply with all emergency orders, unpaid rent will continue to accrue and is expected to be repaid.

I'm assuming during these tough times I don't believe banks would still manage to be greedy at this moment. but who knowsQuestion 2) When scoping out the property, I noticed on the website it had the tag "SPECIAL SERVICING CONDITIONS APPLY" I did check bigger pockets but I don't think I understand can someone please explain this?
