Are permits getting pulled by yourself to the contractor?

New floor structure, new layout, new HVAC, updated electricity, new roof, new window package, new water heater… pretty much the works.

After the title work is done, they'll want to schedule the date for all parties to go in to sign all the paperwork (this will most likely than not be on the date that you and your seller agreed on the purchase contract, or it could be before if all parties are okay with it). 

The contract or promissory note and collateral are the next details to work out.

Can anyone give me a few names of good, at least decent, contractors or handymen in the kanawha valley area of WV?

I have contractor who I worked with in the past, gave him a 2 grand deposit and went sideways on me, said he would start next week, a month later keeps telling me he will be there excuse after excuse told him I need my money and refused and stopped answering calls..
