I am looking for single family homes to purchase, clean up (rehab) and rent.

Better than to have someone come in and charge you to clean up their mistakes.I'd be happy to look over your real numbers if you send me a PM.

It was obvious that excavation work was done to clean up the property and remove blackberry bushes, etc. so I didn't think twice about that.  

Can anyone recommend a company that empties homes in South San Fransisco?  

Your going to pay for title, title insurance, pay the back taxes, and clean up/maintain the properties and just tell him in this situation your coughing up the money for a lot at once so whats the best he would do if you bought several??? 

Option A) Clean up the property and sell as-is, no new roof or foundation work.
