Hey everyone,Ran into a situation today where an offer I made was not only denied but followed up with a lengthy email about how I am a scam artist and that if I'm not serious about buying the home than she is a business owner in town and is going to spread word about me.Anyone run into this situation?

I would deny her.Her documentation would be most likely from a married filing, which means her income might be mixed in with the income showing.Additionally, her costs stand to go up substantially with the divorce attorney.

As a lender, I deal with a lot of investors and rental property owners and I will tell you from first-hand experience that if you attempt to purchase/finance too many properties too quickly, the lender may want you to tap the brakes or flat out deny any financing.

The insurance company DENIED the claim with 10k of damage saying that the proper brand of breaker was not re-installed for the brand panel.This was an electrician guy in Home Depot telling me about it when I was there buying other stuff.Sometimes people will be shady also and make it look like new wiring when inside the walls knob and tube is spliced in.
