One of my friends has a flip in the area and the taxes are really hurting the buyer pool.Regarding your deal, It would be helpful if we had a couple more inputs such as current rent, expenses, and cash on cash return.  

Three are audits I dealing with right not that the IRS is saying hours before renting out do not count.

. ;-)True but on thing to note: the AirDNA projected income qualifies a deal, but we do not value it off of the rental amount.

Now, you need to figure out how to find deals and pay for them.
