Not really all that uncommon of an occurrence, if a tenant cooks at high temps excessively, has buildup of grease on coils and/or has clean, but cracked, coils.

Does anyone know about renting to adult care providers?  What types of rental contracts are needed?  Is this a good option for renting?

We have a self storage facility with multiple apartments where we cover the electric (due to certain constraints).

I'm planning on building a 16 bed facility.

I really need to find a credit facility that allows me to leverage this equity to buy larger deals. 

As a former travel therapist and resident of Denver, I would encourage you to contact hiring managers at hospitals, home health agencies, and skilled nursing facilities.

I did locate the facility he is at and I think I can mail him a prepaid envelope with the termination agreement stating that the remaining deposit is being given to her.

So long as there are adequate services providing full room and board connected to these facilities.
