"Ask me anything" is a generous offer if a bit broad lol.My guess is this can of worms once opened, was just too much.  

"becoming an investor" is a very broad phrase. 

Hi @Bryce Witcher I didn't click on your link, but from reading what you posted i think the question is and answers are very broad! 

I have a broad thesis outlining retiring of millions of Boomers likely having a sustained depressive effect on home values in the urban and suburban areas where they work and have worked for four decades. 

Austin, now, is at the other end of the spectrum, in that duplexes are the hottest commodity or it was up to about 4 months ago and now everything has slowed down a good bit.With the numbers you spitted out, I question why you would want to sell, but that's another conversation.  

CA tends to take a broad interpretation of what constitutes doing business in the state. 

So, a broad "how much is owed" is really tough to answer.7.
