I did a total gut rehab on the front building and built a brand new construction on the back.they signed leases with collage kids for each room at 800 a room  there are 12 rooms.. so they are going to close leave it vacant until the kids move in this summer. 

Cracked heat exchangers can be difficult to spot unless the tech knows what spots to check on what diff brands etc

For 225k, you could easily get a brand new home 2000+ sf with nice amenities.

Can anyone  recommend another brand close in price  that would be more reliable ?

This is BRAND NEW and in a brand new neighborhood.

This tub is brand new (less than 2 weeks), and we've just had all new tile put in last week (typical shower/bath setup in an older bungalow).

In addition to getting lots of fresh air and exercise,  You can much more easily dive down alleys and dead ends and quickly pull a U turn to go look at that algae-covered FSBO sign in the bushes.   

Doesn't seem very homey, having to go to the laundrymat.Or will you pay a bit more to have your very own brand new appliances, right in your home so you can wash a blanket when the baby barfs on it?
