Just because a bank will give a loan doesn't mean it's a deal and I have seen lenders fund some horrible deals before.As for tenants with bad pasts it is a rare occasion where something works out.

Same story here with Allstate on two different occasions for the same issue, hail and wind damage (shingles were laying on the ground) they offered both times to fix a little to y section that was less than my deductible so I passed.
