Hi everybody.I have a question on the tax/legal side here.Does an LLC created in the United States under the law of the U.S. and the any state, whose managers/members are foreign individuals, is subject to the FIRTPA withholding when selling a U.S. real estate property ?

They're inspecting nearly every home now post-bind because of the difficult insurance environment and ability to get off a risk (flat cancel) within a certain period of time (depending on the state) just after the policy was issued. 

And not only extend inspection period, as you noted, but also clearly state that further negotiation can be done based on any issues outlined in report.But overall, based on what you wrote, this sounds like a pretty reasonable seller.

While I've been doing research, I would appreciate a local's hands-on perspective on the state of the market and potential areas to target.

Have you looked into the state requirements to manage properties you do NOT own?

The original plumber stated the repair was going to be about $4k.
