Can anyone refer me to any good contractors in Tacoma Washington area. ?

Have you had a good experience working with a general contractor in the Portland OR or the Vancouver WA area?!

I recently went to WA and fell in love with the state, but am running numbers daily in multiple cities and cannot find anything that cash flows and has a good ROI.I would love any help and thank you in advance!!

I plan on using the VA loan at my next duty station in WA to purchase another single family property because I do have a family. 

I have a SFH rental in Bellingham WA. 3 br/2 ba 2 story, 1650 sq ft.

@Randy Bloch Hey Randy, I live in DC currently and invest in Minneapolis so I've been doing the remote gig currently but since I have 3 properties in Minneapolis already, I want to begin looking elsewhere from a risk mitigation/diversification standpoint.
