I was told that if you purchase a property using a conventional loan (mortgage in your name), that within a month or so after you purchase the property, you can use a Quick Claim Deed or Warranty Deed to transfer the name on the Deed of the property to your LLC.

This means you need boots on the ground.

The reason someone would not do this is why would someone want to lose $900,000? 

It used to be 80-90%. 

I'm a local broker and investor, we have over 100 Airbnb rentals and a lot of our clients like to use the homes part time. 

I’d rather pass this problem off & keep shopping options. 

My main thing is in how little people have explained this concept to me.

At this point I think I need to finish the renovations regardless.
