At this point in time unless he comes way down off of his invoice I don’t see any way around this getting ugly.

Now because of this, nobody else has been able to get this property because they can't get a loan for it either. 

If this works well we could partner up in other deals Is this beneficial for us to partner although the house is running and making a profit?

This property also has a lengthy set of covenants that go along with the purchase agreement.
