I have a current need to rebuild some storage rooms under a carport that one of my tenants hit with her car. 

Added value by painting entire interior, installing central a/c, completely finishing basement, adding bedroom, bathroom, living room and lockable storage area.

They can be tiny (1 foot) slivers of easement, they can be parking spaces, they can be 3' square cage storage units in the basement of a condo building, they can literally be air.

I am looking for architech with some background in self storage buildings.

I don’t want to rush them but I don’t know what I can do to give them a little bit of time or after a couple weeks can I put her things in a storage facility and let the family know?

My regular real estate atty is great but suggested I find a CRE atty with self storage experience to work through the PSA on a bigger deal I'm doing. 

My partner and I are reconsidering and looking at self storage and mini marts thinking it would be more reasonable.

The basement is about , there is a full bathroom (with the home's water heater in it), one large "bedroom" (small windows, but no egress window), one small "bedroom" (small windows, butno egress window), a large 26x26 room with a fireplace, a large laundry room, a storage room, and the HVAC for the house.
