@Yawo Akoussah I don't think its the zip code that's the problem but after growing up in Baltimore and being Police Officer there for many years I would stay away from Winchester.

I wonder how (if) they are going to enforce it.With a Realtor they can always threaten to pull the licence, but it seems like for a non-realtor, they would have to be cited/fined somehow by someone (the Police???)

Napa only has 50 or so permits for overnight rentals mine are licensed but the city and county has done little until very recently with policing non-permitted units.

What's funny is the city complained, why in the world they're leaving us, the 911 call has been dropped since 2019 LOL.........of course the 911 calls has been dropped, not because crime is reaching new low but because people already do not care to call the police and city LOL
