The plumbing for that tub should be on the other side, with an easy access panel right there at the base of your 1st photo.As for the hinges you could drill a small screw into the hinge pin and then strip the head so it can't be removed, but that is not the kind of answer you want on a new construction home.

I suppose if I had met you and you were willing to put 10 months into irrevocable escrow, paid out to me each month (plus I would collect first/last/deposit), I might consider it, kind of along the way we will sometimes allow college student parents to pre-pay for their kids that they've co-signed for in a unit, if we had a unit that was proving difficult to move.

I'm leaning towards class C but I was curious about what kind of tenants I would be dealing with and how difficult it is to find tenants in areas that are a bit higher in crime but not completely terrible.

I have not done any kinds of deals like this one, but with this being a financed purchase, I would think you would have to get a commercial loan where the rate/costs might be higher and the amortization possibly lower as you wouldn't be able to get a traditional residential loan (to my knowledge) on this package.
