Presently, there are over 1,000 AirBnB’s located in Jacksonville, and many additional short-term vacation rentals listed by other web-based platforms as well.

The reason they are losing money right now is that they spend a ton on Web site development and marketing.

if we had not done the mentorship program I am convinced we probably never would have started, that if we had started we would have bought bad deals off FCI or some other Web Site and lost more then the cost of the mentorship program.
