It's rougher around the edges but for past websites I have used it with, I feel that it's a great choice for building a robust stable platform for community building once you overcome the technical experience needed to develop it.

Luckily that is the 'easy' part in the sense that I have several note brokers and I just need to make a choice to buy one or two.

What is you other choice?

I believe it's easier to finance investment and to get better cash flow in Canada or USA, but when you start in your country, you have no choice.

You might want to rethink requiring all occupants to be on the rental agreement/lease.I give the applicant a choice of whether to have them on the agreement or as an authorized occupant.  

If you have a choice, get the chlorinated version; the non-chlorinated version doesn't work as well.  

@Daniel PattonThere are many considerations when considering a choice of entity and you should definitely have a discussion with an attorney and a tax professional that are experts in real estate.

Like Jonna said, there is a wide variety of clothing choices, but I agree that business casual is pretty typical.
