With a vast area likely to be affected, BluSky is staging massive resources in Atlanta and Greensboro to support our offices in the Southeast.I want to be a resource for assistance to any multi-family investors or property managers with communities in the Southeast.  

It took me a little while to get into the community, but I'm so glad I did!

If you're not interested in volunteering your time to make your community work in the way you want it to (as opposed to the way others want it to work), I get that.

Alright, so I have been getting a couple different answers and I think I know the answer but I would like to get different responses from the BP community!

@Colin Courtney I went with Community Trust Bank, pretty sure they also offer services in TN.

There are many local community banks that will allow you to refi cash out based on fair market value after a tenant is place.
