I work in those areas and other excellent agents like @Russell Brazil above as well, If you use those keywords in the search you will be able to see which agents work in the locations you are looking at.

I looked at amplifiers and thought they were nuts for the prices of some of those as I know the guts don't have $50 worth of parts.....always though I spend a saturday and build one since that use to be a hobby, but kinda gave that up.

@Russell Brazil Thank you for the candid honesty here, even in the last 3 days I've looked around at what is possible on the DMV on the rent to own strategy and it's rare, so 4 out of 50,0000 does not sound like great odds, at least in the DMV. 

There are those that want a full understanding, the nuts and bolts (i'm one of them!)
