Don't look just at the loan terms, but also the origination, title, appraisal, doc handling and everything else - that's where additional profit is made that you can cut out.Everyone's entitled to be compensated for their work ... the trick here is to find a way to not require someone's services so there's no additional compensation needed.As an example, one lender will charge $395 for an appraisal here locally.
