Patti Bannister 3 day notice being put on door, tenant threating law suit

we threatned three day notice and he said see you in court....he vandlised and stole and there is a police report on the theft(b and e) and the sheriff does nothing....two days ago he called for two sherrifs to come out because he said we locked him out....he had the keys....we were told we would go to jail if we called again....sheriff does not care...ie we are the criminals....unfornatly no backgrown check as he did have a full time job for over a year and he an electrician by trade. we have probable cause to go in to the mobile home but the sheriff office said until we get a 30 day notice (court) we cannot enter the mobile home and the shed....he signed the rental agreement month to month to be paid on or before the 15th of each month.

At best as noted above they are not that effective, sounds like at the federal level and consequently state level ambiguous and vague, “unknown”.
