Hello,So I was wondering, I noticed that there are a lot of mulit families built in the 1880s - 1920s and I have not seen any new constructions for a multi family property in Rhode Island.

In a smaller town or a hot market you may have a realtor approach you asking if you pay a commission...but most will ignore your house.

As you know Phoenix is very diverse so buyers will be diverse.I still think you need to figure out what type of investor you want to be, then the forum will be able to provide suggestions on which parts of town you want to focus on.

I believe this town has a ton of potential even though it has a pretty bad image.

(the 4th is 5 hrs away from other 3)In between signing the contract and receiving the policies in the mail (before I knew about the change to the deductible), a hail storm occurred in the town where two of the properties are located.I met with the agent to ask about the deductible change.

Newport is a great town, but a very unique market.The desirable parts of Newport can be expensive, and are generally above the max VA loan amount.

In the area where I invest there is an old 16 unit, built in the 20’s, lots of lead paint, asbestos, vermiculite etc.
