Luckily, the BP member was was my project manager on this one, the BP member who was my architect, Jenkins (above) and the other three or four BP members who visited me at the property throughout the project, are all willing to lie for me as well.Sheesh...

Many large towns will have everything online if you just search the different departments for it.If it's a smaller town where they are behind on technology if you do not want to pay for someone's assembled information then you will need to go to the building (s) there and do it yourself which will cost you extra time.

If they are motivated and accept my offer, I go see the house before escrow opens to make sure they didn't lie about its condition over the phone.Until I can quite my day job, this is the best I can do.
