And I know that this will be a controversial subject I've been in the business for 36 plus years I've seen the market cycles fall I've been in the greatest recession lost tens of millions of dollars I know what I'm talking about staying away from buying and hold investing right now it's a bad idea.

Juts like you don't need a Contr's license to work on your own property and hire subs.Whether or not you should hire an experienced Realtor or General Contractor to work your deals is an entirely different subject.

As a landlord I've used it three times and twice they were very helpful.The landlords have to give the 2 months' notice to the tenants and they should keep that as it outlines why they need to move.
