With Fannie/Freddie, every lender has to follow those rules....I mean, they could be MORE strict...but they at least have to follow the minimum.  

And then its not strictly a RE book but "fix this next" was amazing.

They won’t know many specific details about the property and will sometimes just give you a code to enter the property yourself.

If you're an agent, you can isolate on the MLS towns, neighborhoods and zip codes and see for yourself the skyrocketing numbers for appreciation and median sales price, and the plummeting numbers of inventory and days on market.

- How strict is the governing agency?  

Finding good deals right now strictly on the MLS is almost impossible.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
