You will stress your self out about all of the options and contingencies around this type of situation. 

Hey all,I just wanted to start a thread showcasing the struggles and tactics of beginning to begin your real estate journey using my experiences, as they unfold, to explain through personal examples how anyone can push through the stressful anxiety of overwhelming drive to accomplish the steps necessary to traverse the trail on your path to success.I am not a successful investor.....yet. 

Since it is a turnkey everything will be done ahead of time and you do not need to stress as much about getting the home rent ready.Always do your research before investing in a company.

On the other hand, this may give you a chance to serve a very needy segment of society.

Personal education and improvement is essential for the success of your future endeavors, however, too much of anything can be bad for you.There are two sides of the sword with self education, on one sharpened side the benefit helps to alleviate the stress and anxiety of not knowing.

In general don't know anything about this business and it's really stressful.

And it also put our mind at ease knowing that we would feel 100% safe going to the property in the middle of the night if a problem arose.Not over-leveraging ourselves:  we didn't want to feel stressed out if the property were to sit vacant, so we made sure that we could comfortably support two mortgages (our primary and rental residences).Picking the right tenants:  our tenants have been fantastic.

Even though having the budget doesn't take the stress away from these expensive surprises, it helps to know the deal is still a good deal. 

(silence is your friend here)  Then ask them if you could,  "What would you be willing the sell it for if I take that stress and worry away, by closing on the day of your choice?"

I initially hoped that I could get at least some of the rent paid back by explaining the incredibly hard work that my colleague is putting in to become a member of society, but was very confident I could get the security deposit back!
