If you were winning bidder at the 2nd's trustee sale you would be the proud owner of real property subject to any existing senior liens, a 1st mortgage, that is current, in this scenario.

Over the past few months I have been consistently researching the benefits and logistics of investing in real estate and realized that this is something I could potentially do for my senior year.

If you journey is anything similar to mine, then I recommend joining a brokerage that has a lot of senior agents or successful agents that are happy to have you join them on listing appointments and/or open houses.
