I am constantly looking in that area and finding great 1-2% rule deals there.

HOA's can add additional restrictions onto existing city ordinances.

Besides if they decide to hold the property instead of sell, I'm not sure there is much you could do to force them to sell.recording a contract is a very poor move.. and some counties wont do it.. also do check with state of FLA on marketing properties you don't own.. there are some rules there that need to be looked at.. 

(Like, here in Denver, the Airbnb rules are pretty strict.

If they don't want to go through the procedures to apply that I have made then they won't abide by the procedures and rules I have in the Lease agreement.

These reports would be combined with reports from my bank to satisfy the federal government's rules on SDRAs. 

From my experience, the tenants have follow the rules set forth by the housing department and the if they have complaints filed against them they can lose their voucher. 

Rule 1 Enforce your lease. 

Not only is vacancy an important matter, but also whether Airbnb will face restrictions too.

Can someone with development experience please share a rule of thumb number to be using per linear foot?
