Hello all,I am looking for a property manager or referrals for a reputable one for my property in the Carolina Forest section of Jacksonville NC for when I move away from the area.

Introduction letter from my personal banker ( this is a highly sought after document that is not easy to get)I don't find it attrusive.. not many of my folks ask for it because I am so transparent before I would do a deal with anyone.. but if asked i would in no way be offended.AS HML through the years you would be amazed at whats behind the curtain with folks that seemed super nice and reputable.

You can operate that way...or care about your reputation, how your treat others, and look at the way successful people make real lasting money in RE.

The risk for them just isn't worth it because they could lose reputation and have to deal with a problem later that will take up a lot of money in time and effort. 

There are good, reputable turn key companies out there but you have to know what to look for in a turn key company.
