I purchased the program years ago and still review the sessions every year just to remind me to stay true to my numbers.

We use CAR forms and typically add it into an addendum then remind them via our FAQ. 

I remind you that you need evidence for that and you don't have it.

I'm reminded of a line from "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan": after saving the ship and now dying from radiation burns, Spock tells Kirk, "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few - or the one."

This was just a little venting about where I'm currently at in my home buying process so I can come back after I've got property to remind myself of the tough part is over. 

You reminded me my company sponsors those types of volunteering events. 

We have to remind ourselves that we should never use our children as cruthches for us not taking action.  

Yes, it certainly sounds like a high water table area to get that much water constantly filling up the sump pump.Just a reminder that in the winter to unhook your long exterior sump pump drain house if you have one outside, as the water inside will freeze in the line and the water the sump tries to push out will have nowhere to go and run back into the sump pit. 

This was a quick lesson reminding us to not cut corners.
