For receipts and one page documents, I use the free smartphone app "Genius Scan" to snap a picture of a document and it will convert to PDF (and auto adjust the image for easy reading) and allow you to save them on your phone or email docs to yourself.

He is in Austin and could refer a Dallas resource.

Bad credit, low income, bad references, anything that fails your screening criteria.

Not sure where the scammer reference came in.  

I'd like to get a quote on how much it would cost to resolve this mold issue so I can figure out if my numbers still work for this property.Has anyone had a good experience with a mold removal company in the Baltimore area that they would like to refer?
