Do you realize that de facto buyers of all financed properties are mortgage companies/banks that finance them and get the Deeds of Trust?

We are considering buying our first multifamily property in Ohio and plan to hold it within an LLC.

Property is a 3/2 SFH 7 miles from the beach and 4 miles from OWA.

Being out of state, you will want an agent who has good relationships with reliable inspectors, title companies, contractors, property managers, lenders, wholesalers, insurance agents, other RE agents, etc.
