If you try to insulate the walls it means cutting a hole at the top of each stud bay (the area between wood studs--usually about 16-24") and having an insulator blow in insulation.

And as I said before, this rule only exists because of the prevalence of wholesalers moving homes around in this neck of the woods (southern Michigan).The suit filed against my company appears to be identical to those in the video... $75k in damages against the wholesaler, and $25k against the resident.

@Tom Gimer this was acreage that appeared to abut a state highway.. they missed that it did not acutally abut the highway.. its not customary in our neck of the woods to survey a property.

I don't want to use wood and try to stain them to match for the same reasons I don't want to use hardwood throughout - - potential damage from tenants.I have two concerns with this idea.
