I thought it would be better to go with the small business builders but they have terrible customer service and looking for a "custom homes" payday.

I would have simply been assigning it, but based on popular opinion by end buyers I'll leave it where it is... back to the seacrh.

YellowLetters has better customization of letters, postcards, etc in my opinion.

I did all of my own work and I used builder grade cabinets and I made my own custom counters and STILL that work cost me about $21,000. and that is only for 1 side of the duplex.
