Quality: i had A/c problems popping. 2 units had to change pieces.

I now have invested in over 1000 units.So I would encourage smaller mom and pop investors like I was or busy W2 professionals who know investing in real estate is a good thing but don’t have the time or knowledge to invest - educate yourself about passive MF syndication investments, see if they are a good fit for you and if so, create a plan and execute it.

The more i do the more projects seem to pop up, would a home improvement loan be the best route to go to finish this home so i can rent this one out and move on to my next home or is their a better way to go?

I was really hoping for a 4plex due to the better returns and in those 6 months, only one popped up on the market.

I see tons of advertisements popping up on my social medial accounts (better.com, rocket mortgage, etc....) . 

Over the recent years, we have started to be squeezed from the market as nicer places pop up around us for approximately the same rent price. 

Lots of things if you simply go onto Meetup and type in real estate investing within a 50 mile radius and you will see quite a few things pop up.

I already know the first thing that pops into everyone's mind when you mention appreciation and the answer is - "No, there is not a looming Real Estate market crash."

I don't buy into the idea that there is mass panic and deals are popping up.

Since we know that construction workers are the major occupant and I see so many RV spots popping up in the Houston area, how do you plan to prepare a get out plan?
